Are you a landholder in the ACT or in the Googong or Upper Murrumbidgee catchments south of the ACT?

Are you working with herbicides as a Park Carer/landcarer in the ACT or in the Googong or Upper Murrumbidgee catchments south of the ACT? If you fall into any of these categories and want to upgrade your chemical application skills, ensure your machinery is working correctly, enable up to date records and gain accreditation or reaccreditation then read on.

Building Soil Carbon Workshop

If you are a land manager or primary producer with an interest in building soil carbon as a way of managing the effects of climate change, you should come along to workshops being run by the Organic Federation of Australia and supported by the ACT Regional Landcare Facilitator Initiative and the ACT Natural Resource Management Council. Besides building soil carbon, the workshop also deals with "best practice" methods to mitigate the effects of climate change.
