ACT Rural Landholders – do you need accreditation or re-accreditation in AQF3 Chemical Accreditation?

The ACT Government is supporting ACT landholders to undertake SMARTtrain farm chemical user training leading to AQF3 Chemical Accreditation. The training will be held on Friday 3 May (full day) and Saturday 4 May (morning only) 2019. The training covers the following national units of competency:

● AHCCHM303 Prepare and Apply Chemicals; ● AHCCHM304 Transport and Store Chemicals

This training is nationally recognised for five years and enables the holder of this accreditation to legally use restricted Ag/Vet chemicals unsupervised. This training is being offered to both landholders who do not have this accreditation and landholders who are seeking re-accreditation, because their accreditation has lapsed. This training is delivered by Craig Day from Spray Safe and Save Pty Ltd, who has been delivering chemical user training for over 20 years.
