Are you working with herbicides as a Park Carer/landcarer in the ACT or in the Googong or Upper Murrumbidgee catchments south of the ACT? If you fall into any of these categories and want to upgrade your chemical application skills, ensure your machinery is working correctly, enable up to date records and gain accreditation or reaccreditation then read on.
Wildflower walk on "The Poplars" grassland
Submitted by Lynton Bond on Tue, 15/11/2011 - 09:29Queanbeyan Landcare have arranged a short stroll/walk on "The Poplars" grassland this coming Sunday, 20 November, to view rich native wildflowers and woodlands. This is private property, however, the Larcombe family has given permission for this.

Come along to the inaugural meeting of the 'Friends of Mulligans Flat' meeting at Delfin Lend Lease Sales Office, Francis Forde Boulevarde, Forde on Sunday 23 October at 11 am.

Help Greening Australia, Murrumbateman Landcare Group, Yass Valley Council and the RTA improve local habitat and diversity.
Due to the location, participant numbers are restricted to 45, and transported by bus provided by GA.
Fisher Parkland Landcare Group - September working bee

Planned activities: General weed control acrss the Parkland.
Bring a weeding implement, clippers, sun-cream, hat, gloves and drinking water.
